    Free Trial

    What services do you provide with the free trial?
    We provide a preview site that you can immediately begin customizing and updating. We will help you customize your preview site and walk you through the different features. This site is hosted at a temporary domain name but any content and changes you add during the free trial will remain with your full account should you choose to use our service.

    What's the catch? Are there any obligations?
    There's no catch whatsoever. All we ask is that you give AgentNet a try and let us know what you think.

    How soon will my trial site be ready?
    Your free trial account should be ready almost immediately. An preview site is automatically created, and your login information emailed to you.

    What happens after the 15-day free trial is over?
    Should you choose to use our service after your free trial ends, we will activate your permanent website at the domain of your choice. All of the customizations and content entered during your free trial is kept and will be activated along with your permanent web site.

    Can I purchase the site at any time during my 15-day free trial?
    Absolutely. Most of our clients find that the AgentNet system's capabilities are far beyond any of its competitors within a few days of their free trial. We can set up your permanent website any time you're ready.

    Purchase and Billing

    When and how do I pay for AgentNet?
    A one time setup fee is due upon setup of the site at a permanent domain. You can setup automatic payment of the subscription fees online using a credit card or you may mail a check if paying annually. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

    Can I change my billing from a monthly to annual plan?
    Yes. You can switch from the monthly billing plan to the annual at any time.

    Can I upgrade from AgentNet to AgentNet plus?
    Yes. You would simply pay the prorated difference in fees for that billing period, and we would upgrade you to the AgentNet Plus plan.

    Do you offer a money back guarantee?
    Absolutely. While we encourage you to test the trial site thoroughly before signing up for our service, we do offer a 100% money back guarantee if we fail to deliver on any promised features or services.

    Do you offer a discount if I purchase more than one website?
    Yes. You receive $50 off the setup fees for each additional website.

    AgentNet Website & Email Account Setup

    How long will it take to set up my AgentNet website?
    Your AgentNet website will be available at a temporary URL immediately. It takes a couple days to register and direct your permanent domain name to our servers. During this time, you can still edit your website and prepare the contents for the actual launch.

    Can I use my own domain name and a custom email address?
    Yes, you can register a new domain name or transfer an existing one. If you register a new domain name, there is a domain registration fee. You also get a custom email address e.g. yourname@yourdomain.com.

    How much do you charge to register a domain name?
    If you don't already have a domain name, we register a domain name for you free of charge. We continue to pay for your domain name registration as long as you are using the AgentNet service.

    Who owns my domain name?
    You own your domain name. Should you choose to discontinue using our services, your domain name is yours to take and you will be responsible for paying the annual renewal fees.

    Can I have multiple domain names?
    Absolutely. We encourage our clients to use multiple domains to market their services to different groups of people or in different geographical areas. We do not charge you extra for hosting additional domain names.

    Can I transfer my current domain name to my new AgentNet web site?
    Yes. It is quite simple to redirect your existing domain name to your new AgentNet website. Your Blitz Development representative will walk you through the process.

    Your can create 5 free email accounts. Each additional email account will cost $2 per month.

    How do maintain and update my website?
    You will have a password protected Admin Console of the site. You will be able to make all changes and updates to your website simply by submitting different forms from your Admin Console.

    Do I need to understand HTML to maintain my AgentNet website?
    Not at all. Maintaining your website is just a matter of filling out a few forms. We do provide the option for more advanced users to include HTML in their pages but this isn't required by any means.

    Can I change my template at any time?
    Yes. You can instantly change your template anytime you want from your Admin Console.

    What parts of the website can I customize at no additional cost?
    Each of our standard templates allows you to customize several components. You can change your Logo, an additional header image which can contain your company slogan, an image found above your side navigation bar, and the main image on your homepage. Additionally, you can modify all of your navigation links and add as many custom as you need.

    Can I change my navigation bar links?
    Yes. You can change both the text, and the order in which the navigation links are displayed. You can also control whether each link appears in the top, side, or footer navigation bars. You can also add links to external web pages which open in a new window.

    Can I add new pages and images to my website?
    We offer an easy to use online page editor that enables you to edit your site. You may change the text on any page. In addition, you may change the graphics and the links. We also provide you with a custom page builder that allows you to create custom pages.

    You can add an unlimited number of listings to your site.

    Upgrades & Advanced Customizations

    I want a specialized template. How much will this cost?
    It generally costs between $600-$800 for an exclusive, custom designed template that no other agents can use. If you just want a particular look and feel that our current templates don't offer and don't mind other agents using the same template, then it will cost much less.

    Will I be able to add a feature that AgentNet currently doesn�t offer?
    Yes. We charge an additional fee based on the custom features you want added. Please contact one of our representatives to receive a quote for what you need.

    What is IDX or Broker Reciprocity?
    IDX or Internet Data Exchange, is a program where brokers grant each other permission to display their listings on each others' web sites. Brokers who participate in the program can display all active listings of all participating members of the program. If a broker chooses not to participate, no other broker will be permitted to display that brokers listings. A broker can include their listings in the IDX / Broker Reciprocity database without having a web site of their own.

    What options are available for IDX integration to my web site?
    This depends on your local MLS. Most offer solutions at no extra cost. To find out what options YOUR specific MLS offers, please contact one of our representatives.

    Website Hosting & Security

    Where will my client information be kept? Will it be secure?
    Your client data is stored on our servers at the Rackspace data center in San Antonio Texas. Rackspace is one of the most trusted names in the industry housing servers for companies such as Microsoft, Motorola, and Columbia House.

    Who else will have access to my client information?
    Your clients' information will never be shared with anyone other than trusted Blitz Development staff.

    What happens to my client information if I switch to another system?
    We will give you time to download and save your data if you choose to switch to another system.

    What happens if the website goes down?
    Simply notify us of the times your website was down, and we will issue you a pro-rated refund for the duration of the time it was not functional.

    Can I purchase my AgentNet website and host it myself?
    Your AgentNet site can only run on Blitz Development's servers. It is not a standard HTML site that can be hosted on any server. AgentNet websites run on an advanced system that we developed and are constantly updating and improving.
